Got my phone back in 2 hours .
Best thing I got 2 calls thereafter one to check if I was happy with service and other to check if staff have sanitizers and was wearing mask.
Cons: No discount at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the service. The representative doesn't interacting with customers in a polite manner they are rude. They try to mint money in the name of service. If you report this to Oppo they say that the technician are trained and they charge according to the work. My oppo watch glass was cracked they mentioned around 5k. They say that they can't repair it they will replace the whole watch. The technician later mentioned the touch is not working so it will cost more. When they are replacing whole watch why they charge extra of the touch is not working. Later the I showed them the touch was working fine only the digitiser was cracked they agreed to replace the whole watch. They took the watch with box and bill from me and didn't give any job card. They just gave xerox copy of purchase by writing full box received. They didn't give me any estimate how much it will cost they mentioned we will call you. Absolutely pathetic customer service by this centre. I don't have any other option because no other services centre repairs oppo watch.
I request Oppo authorities to take action on this.
