They took my mob and put for one week for combo change after 1week not repair my parts they told me parts is not coming it is coming from warehouse.
I ask them you give me 2 days and i can give you company original parts within 2 days anywhere in this World

But there is only one employee at the centre but still she (Sonal Panchal ) is managing it very good , hat's off to Sonal Panchal !!
But still I would like to suggest you that hire some more employees for centre
Otherwise Service is good ?

Proper sitting area available, proper guidance provided and very well trained staff.
Went to resolve my problem in my phone, got a number in 15 minutes and they guided properly.
Staff behavior is fine.
Parking available in the complex and maybe in the basement also. Do not park on main road as your vehicle might be towed away.
Better to visit in the afternoon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A receptionist isn't good behaviour. She's was doing like. She's the owner of oppo company. Even she don't know how talk with customers. & The tone of talking she's is like. Just waste of time. & Wrong decision to purchase phone from oppo. Not good. Service & not good behaviour to customers.
