They said no availability of such spare parts, not even sure how long it will take for availablity.
Or i need to Submit Amount in advance, after that even they are not sure how long it will take.
Pathetic communication and response from such company.
I wi not buy any phone for oppo now.

They didn't reduce service charge and took lot of time to repair the device .. its just like waste of time and money in this noida sector 2 service center

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service center and the replace any phone or any part 30m-1h solve the problem . it is near by Noida sector 15 metro and sector 16 metro sation Noida it's walking distance . harola road sector 2 Noida . Block D99, only open 9:30Am to 6 PM only .so visit on this time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually you do not have a pleasant experience at oppo, however at noida service centre Ms.POOJA and Ms. KAVITA helped me throughly with the product service.
Dont know of others but, these young ladies definitely deserve a pay hike for their customer service.
