Great experience from booking to resolving my air con issue. I’m delighted with Optech Aircon following up on text message to remind me of my aircon servicing due date. It was easy to make an appointment; I needed to move it out once, they were polite to accommodate me even responding over the weekend. They turned up on time. During the site cleaning, the service team fixed an issue with one of my ac blowers having a ticking sound. They were patient and professional. I’d recommended them.

I had sought a 2.4T ceiling mounted unit for my home. I was provided all options and their pros and cons for me to analyze. Finally I chose a 2.4T split AC which saved me both capital & operation cost without compromising my need.
