★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t thank the team at The Optic Shop enough. They were fantastic. Despite the lockdown restrictions in late they accepted my return and upgraded my order to a more expensive model. Which meant waiting for delivery from abroad during the height of their outbreak. A few weeks later my new glasses arrived at no extra charge! They said due to the wait time they would not be passing on the extra cost. I was genuinely surprised, they went above and beyond what was necessary and I am delighted with the new glasses. Wishing you all at the shop the very best for the coming months.
