I purchased contact power less coloured lenses from here, and after wearing them once, the second time when I wore ,it got torn in my eyes.
I went personally to the shop and complained the person about it .
Mr krupesh, who seemed to be the main person of optic town, sola
He said its my fault, the breakage of lens is because of me, and the company will neither refund nor exchange the lenses.
Getting in an argument with him, he showed no decency in talking with the customer.
His tone and the way he was talking was not acceptable .
It could even cause damage to my eyes, but being least bothered about the customer, they prefer their full profit for the same .
I would never even think about going to optic town, and will inform friends n relatives so that they don't have to face such troubles and also people like resp, Mr krupesh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to get your vision checked and get your desired eyewear. They provide great service and the staff is very friendly and kind. Great collection of frames including high end ones with reasonable prices. Service is fast. I moved to a different country but I still get my glasses from there. Their glasses last for long. I got a pair in 2018 and even in 2022 they’re still the same. I definitely recommend this place. I am sure you will have a great experience.
