★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have a good budget for frames, then this place is a must visit. Huge variety of designs, very friendly people.
I found the frames to be a bit pricey for my liking, had to go way over my tight budget to buy my glasses from there :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the very bad and 3rd class optical store of that B.B. Gangully Street Area. On 18/01/2020 I went to this store for preparing my optical lenses, then I asked them about GKB progressive, ARC, Blue cut lenses named SWISS LENSES. They told me about the price of that lenses, i.e. Rs.1450/-, then it seems that their price is very reasonable than the market or other stores of that area. Then I choose a new frame which is Rs. 750/- and ordered for fitting that above said SWISS LENSES (along with my prescribed power) with this frame. My total cost stands Rs. 2200/-. After 5 days on 23/01/2020 when they delivered me my ordered item then I saw that, they give me a low rated lenses which is called NOVA LENSES. Without any authenticity card of that lenses then they told me it is also a GKB Lenses and my ordered item is this, not SWISS LENSES. Then I have nothing to do because I have already paid Rs. 2000/- as advance at the time of order, remaining amount was only Rs. 200/-. Hence, though I am not willing but have to receive that item after some worm conversation. Their behavior with customer was so sweet and a cup of coffee or lemon tea for every customer which was not only free of cost but test of that awesome also. Behind those things you have to be noticed that, they will make you fool any day any time. This was my experience with the OPTICAL TRENDZ, which I shared with all of you. So, I requested each and every customer that don't go this store ever. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Optical Shop in Kolkata. I'm a old customer, and they provide genuine lenses and glasses. The prices is reasonable. The best part is their FREE Sweet Lemon Tea. I should give "5 Star Rating" on the Tea. The taste of the tea is superb. The service of the shop is very decent. Strongly recommended.

My wife's new frame makes a lot of noise and she doesn't even feel comfortable while reading.
Very casual approach, Incorrect analysis. I would not recommend this shop.
