★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 9.30 I give call to this service center and I asked them if they can service lenova office laptop. He said we do please come.I left all my house old chores and went , As soon as I reached , they asked if it under warranty. I told them it's office laptop of course it would be. Then he says we don't do service..Its okay but if they don't service laptop under warranty they should have told me over the phone i wouldn't have gone all the way. Instead early morning they speak in a very bad tone and raise their voice at customer. Bharat at this service center is extremely rude and unprofessional. sad part is they dint even see the laptop. Atleast they could have told me what is the issue for going all the way

Btw it is also a Dell service center. It doesn't say that in the description.
The guy was really helpful actually. He gave me tips and tricks about my laptop for free.
Kinda didn't know system backups were important before.

I gave my dell laptop to this center , and they said to check the problem they will charge 500/- and later if you want to go for repair on your choice. i agreed. after 3 days they called me and said 'Mother board ' has to replace. I said ok. They asked me to give 9000 k . i tried for some discount , as other shops were giving same Motherboard for 7.5 K. they said let you know by tmo. Next day he called me and said - your processor is also damaged , it will cost 1500/- and altogether pay us 9000. (7.5+1.5=9) This is clearly a cooked up story - if processor is dead , then they have to inform me at the beginning. Early stage they informed only motherboard need to change. Also for 1.5K no processors are available for my laptop model. After so many days , many conversations happened and finally i agreed to 9K and asked them to give me laptop in working condition. Then they started telling motherboard is not available for this laptop. asked me to wait 1 week. after 3 weeks also when they said not available - i asked him to return my laptop. I supposed to pay 500 to them , but they didn't asked for it. (i got a thief smell there itself) also they took the receipt from me and said once mother board is available will call you. After all these stories , i gave the laptop to another shop to change mother board. Then came to know that many parts were removed.
320 GB hard disk --- > 160 GB
4GB RAM ---> 2 GB
Processor ---> some old non - matching processor is fixed.
instead of repairing my laptop with this spec.i can go for a new laptop. So strongly recommending not to go to this place for repair , at least you have your laptop parts safe. ASHAMED of these peoples.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After getting back my laptop, which needed a processor fan changed, I find that some screws are missing from my laptop, the base is not correctly fit. the top panel was also not put correctly. There was not a printed receipt, nor any proof that the fan was original, and not local made. A highly disappointing service, and looks like their technician is not highly skilled. Also, it's not a Dell authorised service center, though they have the board on. This can be verified on service center search on dell website, or by calling their customer support, or asking them why they do not generate bill having reference of dell after they have caused more damage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very disappointing and disgusting service of the laptop, they loot the people without repairing the product, use cheap replaceable parts and don't even bother to rectify or when asked to change it.
I would not recommend to anyone this center , please don't waste your money and time. They kept my laptop for two weeks and without resolving the issue they were giving different reasons everytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very quick and friendly service. I had gone to get the battery of my laptop changed. They had the option of the original as well as a compatible battery. Staff was friendly and helpful. They advised me after ascertaining my requirement. If you are not a expert in computer hardware, this is the place to go and get good advice. Definitely better than buying online and struggling later.
