No maintenance at all!!!
Pathetic cardio section with No A/C and each machine have some or other defect.No machine is 100% efficient.
No general trainer facility .You have to do exercise without guidance.
Facilities they are providing such as steam and other are out of order most of the time.
Will not recommend it to anyone as they charge more and not provide facility according to charges taken .
Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked out in this gym for a good 6 months and the ambiance is undoubtedly very good. The cardio section is on the first floor and weight training section is available on the second floor. The gym also provides multiple bathrooms and steam area. You can also take shower after your workouts.
This gym is affordable and all the machines and weights are in proper condition. The owner and trainers are very helpful. The gym is near A.B. road and it's very easy to reach here. I would recommend OPTIMUM HEALTH GYM if you're are looking for budget friendly and with over-all machines,cardio and weight training.
