★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is new here in Dum Dum . Though the equipments are imported but half of them do not work . The area is too small and compact and they don't even turn the AC on . The leg press machine remained out of order for a complete month . Hope they rectify all these flaws and concentrate on customer service .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst gym's in dum dum with almost all first copy equipments, and the behavior of the owner is worst, their are many more better gym's in dum dum then optimum Strengh. .
I had trained people their for 4 and half month and i still didn't workout their because of the quality of equipments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have visited the place on 4th May 2019. But the available person not demonstrated all things properly. Denied to go to 3rd floor to check the equipments, he only show us the CCTV footage of 3rd floor. The person was very casual when we talk with him. I don't know with this mind set how they develop their business.
Decoration is good. Also the gym is well equipped with equipments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OPTIMUM STRENGTH gym is one of the best gym in south dum dum.. trainers are very friendly if anyone ask any questions about any fitness related problem they will try their best to make you understand. Best part interior decorations is just wow I can blankly suggest anyone to join and book their slots as soon as possible. Machines are very well maintained
And the gym is very hygienic from all around.i can guarantee you will happily workout their.
