★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to start career. If you really want to start your career as real software developer, don't join this company. Employees are stagnant and work is more on functional and less on technology. What ever development is there all are JUST customization. No real development work. Major technology work is plsql based. And this is NOT Oracle, this is i-flex (Oracle financial services software). This is Oracle's subsidiary, NOT real Oracle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been here for interview.it took the entire day.i cleared exam with top marks and qualified for first round interview on the same day.i cleared that also and qualified for second and last round.the worst thing was they promised me to call for last round interview but till date I didn't received a call from Oracle people. I called HR thrice and he didn't responded properly. Last but not least it was a walk-in and trust me from morning 9 to afternoon 2pm we were in queue.... horrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to work. This is close to ,my work place. It takes me about an hour to reach from my home. and also 15 mins of walk to reach my company. Good and peaceful surrounding would be More to say but also this has got everything costly near it. There are very less places to eatout and what ever would be there, it would be always crowded. it has got good connectivity with the local trnasport.

They don't know for which they are interviewing.
I have completed my all rounds of interviews. They asked me to upload documents and i did.
It's been 2 months, no offer.
When i asked hr about the status update, she didn't replied over mail.
Then i called her then she replied that currently position for which you interviewed went on hold so you can try for different positions.
This is the worst things for this company.
I went for interview on weekdays and finally she told like this.
Better don't go for interview for this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good company with below average growth and salary.
1. Oracle is a brand so reflects on your resume.
2. Free night cab for ladies.
3. Freebies- Foosball, Gym, Vollyball, Table tennis, tea, coffee etc.
4. Service based company like TCS,Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant etc.
5. Work load is almost the same, irrespective of position, compensation.
6. Weird compensation policy where freshers, lateral hires have way more(25-100%) compensation than existing experienced employees who started with OFSS. If you spend 3+ years you will have almost half the compensation than a college fresher, just like me.
7. Good/Bad work life balance. Depends on manager and team. Some managers and team are awesome, whereas some can make your life hell. Majority of managers in product are good.
8. Frontend is built using either Oracle JET or Oracle APEX with KnockoutJS which comprise 1% market share. React/AngularJS/Vue has 70% market share which is not used across Oracle. For Backend Oracle is upgrading from ancient J2EE/JAX-RS technologies to Springboot but still majority(70%) of the products are built using either JAX-RS or J2EE.
9. Good learning of banking and finance domain.
10. Free learning platforms like linkedIn, oreily etc. available.
11. Free bus service available for employees.
Note: Fresh college graduate CTC in OFSS product development is now 12LPA and in consulting/support 9 LPA, so try to get at least 12 LPA for product and 9 LPA for other profiles.
Last but not the least, OFSS is not equal to Oracle India. Minimum compensation in product division in Oracle India is 9LPA(managers won't even allow you to join below this), and in OCI it is 15 LPA whereas in OFSS for 3+ years experience in product it is around 6-9 LPA.
Recommended for experienced people with 25+ LPA package. HIghly recommended for 50+ years old with 40+ LPA.
