They removed original part from my PC and replaced it with duplicate part,I was shocked when I came to know this by Dell service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave them my laptop for a minor issue, they were not able to fix it, but they did stole one of my 4 Gb RAM, and magically my Laptop Ram was downgraded from 8Gb to 4 Gb.
Won't recommend this to anyone. Authentic service center are much better, atleast they don't steal your laptop/PC parts
