★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right now 5-03-2022 am traveling from hyd to bhubaneshwar boarded the bus no AP16TJ6131. Seat no. U18, there is no proper response from the staff members regarding not working of tv and also no wifi. It's my worst experience with Orange tours and travel. Hopefully I won't prefer to travel any more and did not recommend to any friends and family to choose this travel, simply waste of money.
Odd behavior and poor service no wifi no tv light is not working and also iam trying to reach customer care from last 4hrs they are also not responding.
