★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been there to repair my Sony Xperia mobile phone. Staff is very good and cooperative. Giving full attention to listen your problems and try to solve the same immediately if possible. If it requires major repairs, they suggest you the same , how much time it will take to repair the same. Also they tells us the approximate budget if repair through them or through the company. If your gadgets are under warranty period then there are no charges for repair. If there are any charges for repair or replacement they give the tax invoice and also returned the old and replaced part of your gadgets.
Prompt response and quick service, I can say five star services is being offered by them. I am fully satisfied with their services.

1) no support on staircase,
2)shutter is rustted and dirty
3)old sign bord which shows the timeing 10:00am to 7:00pm actuall time is 10:00am to 6:00 pm
4)empty box cartoons of Sony TV are kept outside as Garbage
5)glass door has a crack
Sony charge a huge amount from the customer but they never maintain their service centre. Specifically in India

Customer care executive were humble.
I have gone here twice , once for Bluetooth and another time for earphone issue , even on both time i got replacement hand to hand. I will prefer only sony now onwards bcoz of its services.
