★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have got my uncle's flat here in this building at 10th floor in which he moved in recently at Durga Puja time. It is in Ballygunge area not on mainroad but little bit inside from mainroad, the overall maintenance of building is good and has got swimming pool and some open area and swings for children and area for Playing TT and other indoor games.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an amazing place really, highly decorated with luxurious amenities. A beautiful in-house pool with well equipped gymnasium available here. All the flats are very much spacious and well decorated.

Also located in one of the most posh areas of Kolkata...
The top floor has penthouse apartment...
Its not even a highrise...can be said a midrise...
However, these fitments are on the higher side because of the location...
very highly secured complex inside...??
The design of the building looks great from outside as well...??
