They even refunded the full amount for a damaged product (Flour) as it had a hole which was taped initially and came off after usage of 2-3 weeks. Yes, even after it was used for some time, the staff agreed to give us a refund(Rs. 200+) without any hassle as a one time gesture, which is an example of the 5-Star customer service that they provide.
