★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's newly constructed in2019 end,its eighteen story high-rise tower with different six tower centrally located pond, open garden with canopy covered sofaset in outdoor, good landscape, the applewood township located at near shanti pura chokdi, lots of tower hear near by neat clean silent atmosphere inside this township, the orchid heaven is three and four bhk tower, very good entrance foyer, large area, at foyer staircase too wide spacious, two elevator for six persons capacity, basement parking available, cctv , security all well given here hall room dining room and kichen all are spacious. Overall good planning
