★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All facilities of the orchid medical center are good.All nursing staff and doctor's are good all administrative staff are doing their best job kept it up.only the discharge process are very slowly and time taking please do fast because it's takes 3-4 hours that is very difficult to long distancing patient and their relatives. Overall all process and facilities are very good.

My father was under the supervision of Dr. Vikram Singh (neuro surgeon) he helped me through all my doubt he talked to me so calmly and made me understand things and done the surgery so successfully
Special Call out floor manager( Nitu) whose management skills clearly visible in overall hospital functioning.
Special call out for Nursing staff, House keeping staff, Hospitality department. They all were outstanding with their professional yet compassionate attitude a much needed skill but easily underestimated. Very happy with their work.
Special call out for Consultant doctors, dietitian and physiotherapist whose knowledge and care took care of us really well and kept us well informed and educated for future steps.

Secondly, I would like to comment on the facilities provided by Orchid that is something which I personally felt awesome. Last but not the least specially nursing staffs are very much concerned about the admitted patient under the guidance of their respective floor manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hospital is only good for its few doctors, rest management and staff behaviour. Neglected nursing behaviour. False and excess billing and too expensive. False billing of disposable items. Only recommend for one week initial treatment in emergency untill one arrange a bed and place somewhere else for the patient in some good hospital.
