β β β β β Very costly hospital with no proper service, staff is not very co operative, Although the cost of semi special room is rs 5000/- but there is no Air condition. Even for X-Ray you have to stand outside for 45 mins though the patient is serious coz hospital staff is communicating among themselves. rooms & floors are very dirty. Patients are even not provided with pillow cover or proper bed sheets.

β β β β β I got admitted in Orchid Multi Superspeciality Hospital few weeks ago and I was very pleased with all the staff that I have met in the Orchid Multi Superspeciality Hospital , from receptionist, ambulance staff, nurses to doctors. I was seen quite quickly and there are few times I was waiting for a few hours but the staff kept me informed and concern my condition while waiting. My doctors did consulted other specialist second opinion and discuss with me all their decisions. I trust their expertise and feel very confident with their treatments and decision made.
I really like the infrastructure , services , facilities provided to the patients .

β β β β β Worst multispeciality hospital have ever seen. There is no proper educated staff, no management, no admin to report complaints and there is no one to take responsibility in this hospital. Being a multi floor building no proper lift service, senior citizens are forced to take stairs and liftman & nurses behave like they are treatinf animals. No value for money and threat for life.

β β β β β Worst hospital I never seen in my life, worst staff and nurses. Cleaning also not good, worst toilet I never seen in my entire life. I can say public toilet is better than this(I am taking this for ICU toilet).
I don't want to give 1 rating for this hospital I want to give rating in negative.

β β β β β Good and caring staff. My mother was admitted for some heart related issue and she explained that the nurses in ICU ward were caring and sweet by nature.
