★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a commercial building close to the platform 1 of borvali station. They have various mobile repairing centres like oppo/vivo etc over here. The main problem is access road and 2nd huge problem is parking, especially if you drive a car. then you are in big trouble to find a parking spot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good structure. Although elevator is always crowded, so need to wait. There's also the staircase, needs to be maintained properly; should take strict action against spitting.
Security is also good. There are many kinds of offices in this plaza.
