Seeing others i'm also posting my concern here i had sent a message direclty to the escalation mail id and mr.devaraj jad responded i have replied him back but still i have not got any reply i'm pasting the same message with the reply here Respected Sir/Madam, I really do not want to reveal my identity or my child's identity because I'm worried if my child would be targeted by the school management. My child is studying in grade 9 in nagarbhavi branch. I have lots of concern regarding the new management so why I'm writing this mail. the education and the teaching part is really very poor in the class. teachers do not take care of the children properly. principal is not so serious or concerned about these things. she speaks ill about my childs character when we visite the school . this is been spoken in front of the child and my child has lost her self confidence. coordinator and principal are continuously asking them to inform the parents not to post any google reviews or feedbacks in public forum. coordinator has called my child and asked her to bring the mobile phone along with passwords along with the parents. why are these things being done in school. i was scared if my child has done anything wrong but later i came to know that all the children were asked to do so. teachers treat the children badly. as a parent i'm concerned about my childs mental and physical health. i'm able to see that my child has lost the interest to go to school as well. this makes me feel very bad. i'm a single parent and i doo not have anyone to take care of my child too . we pay lakhs of money and join our children to a reputed school and this is what we get in return. also i got to know that in 1st semester 10th grade cent percent result was not there. if the same thing continues how are we supposed to proceed further. i kindly request you to guide me regarding the same. can i get transfer for my child for some other branch ?. please it is a request to you to look into the issues. childs mental health is important. please it is a request if possible please change the principal and coordinator along with the teachers. most of the parents are feeling the same i too saw the review posted in google.please look into this issue seiously. I have concerns with teachers and coordinator and their behaviors towards the children at school. children are blackmailed at school sir. i also feel that there is no use in speaking with the principal because she is also behaving the same. I kindly request you to escalate me to the right person to discuss and share my concerns and get them resolved. because this is my childs future. please its a kind request.

Student Led Culmination ( SLC) is a special program introduced by Orchids as a part of academic. It provides a wonderful platform for the students where they can show their abilities and knowledge. SLC brings out the best in every child by tapping into their individual strengths, while creating an environment of kindness, responsibility, and leadership.. SLC is conducting in all core subjects . Children are enjoying and are happy to take part in each SLC. Such activities boost the kids confidence, their skills and their knowledge. It is a platform to overcome their stage fear. They can apply their learning to demonstrate the performance. Also students can get to know their strengths and weaknesses. Presenting information to others is motivating for students and can take learning deeper. My child is very happy to participate in all SLC , learning new things and knowledge from it. He is also creating new things from what he have learnt. I have responded back to the mail but still I have not got any response. When I have mailed to the escalation team why is the principal responding. Please check my below mail and revert back immediately. Dear Principal, My major concern is about you only. I'm really not happy with the way you handle the school. The academics have become worse and the quality of the teachers in the higher grade is pathetic. I wish there is a change in principal and the teachers. I have visited the branch many times and also spoke with you but there is no use at all, you do not talk sensibly. When I visit the branch for everything you tell me God will take care, if God is going to take care then why are you sitting there as a Principal. I say something and you understand something else. sorry to say this but all the parents are not happy with the way you manage the school. My child and my relatives' children are all in Orchids from the beginning. All the principals that we have seen so far were good and we did not have any problems, especially with academics but now we are planning to take TC. You are more towards the religion spreading christianity. why do you ask the children not to join the hands while praying? and make them say amen also the workshops that you had conducted with some church fathers. What are you trying to do here?. We also had a principal named Benitha before though she was a christian she never did anything like that. Rather than concentrating on such things it would be really great if you look into the curriculum and academics.I have a lot many things to be discussed about you. In Spite of the mishap I still get to know through my child that the sports practice is happening at school. We have not received any circular about sports day and I really do not understand which school would conduct sports day when final exams are nearing. By the way, when is the sports day I need clarity about the same. My child's PE teacher has said in class that sports day will be in July. If so , why are the practices given now?. When you have no clarity about the events do not implement it. Dear Escalation team I thought this would reach the higher team but you have sent the mail back to the principal itself. It will really be great if you arrange a meeting for parents with the higher authority and resolve our concerns. This was happening before in the branch but why not now. Please look into this matter seriously and do the needful. All the parents are waiting for you to conduct a review meeting with us.If not at least share their email id or phone number so that I can communicate. Hoping for a good response. worst management & worst principal Jimi who is very least bothered about the child's safety and security. management was good while there were other principals. Academics is also the worst I have decided to take TC for my child because there is no proper education in grade 8. admin staff is also least bothored when some query is raised. uniform still not received even after paying fees. school will come up if management and jimi is changed. It's been a year association with Orchids and been a good experience. Teaching staff are good and i see that with improvement in my daughter knowledge level. There some operational issue which should be improved.

Lots of efforts are put in by teaching staff. A wonderful school, ensuring overall development of my child. We are very happy for choosing this school for my child.

This is a school which allows students to enhance various skills which are not highlighted by many other schools. Orchids really set a standard for all education institutions and it's interesting that the standards are equally concerning and challenging for all institutions.

We are associated with this school since 2017 and each year they come up with innovative ideas to motivate kids to learn and one such is SLC (student led culmination) which is a part of their cirriculum. It allows my daughter to explain her ideas to others and makes her learning even deeper. This has improved her presentation skills to plan, prepare and execute. Teachers also assess them by asking questions at the end of the presentation which will help her to think beyond textbooks. My daughter just enjoys it.

U have all the time to reply here in the review. but not even a single mail, call , message you have replied back. I wish this school shuts down completely for playing with parents hard earned money and faking here in public. Worst pathetic experience during admission process. They claimed they have a school private playground during admission but happen to be a under construction bbmp public ground. After finding out the actual scenario, we asked refund within one day of blocking seat and they denied it. Worst then any business in market, completely fraudulent act. Just like that they robbed the money. Noone bother to even attend the call or address the issue. The executive (Navya) was very kind until the money was paid, and she is the one gave all false information when asked about the issue, she hardly took any responsibility to address the issue or picked the call. And just like that she said she was not aware of it, but money is non refundable. I have got all the evidence where they falsely claimed but they are not ready to even discuss. Worst staffs altogether, noone is genuine. They just need sales hook or crook. Joining to these kind of school will only risk our kids life. Later I also got to know they don't have any permanent teachers in school, they keep changing which obviously means students are always left in confusion state. Schools like this should be banned. Please note: I have wrote many mails and made many calls, noone even bother to reply. Don't fake people as if you are addressing the issues. Worst school ever! These are the people who are in the marketing team claiming not to go with Google review as they completely blame on parents. Don't believe them and never join your little one to this hell place! No
