★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is miscommunications among the employees....They had to come to our place for blood collections for two test...However, on the day of the trial, nobody from organ diagnostics turned up for blood collection, and the heights of unprofessionalism were that they did not even respond to the calls and the messages. The test were urgent and I was hit by very poor customer service...I have lost trust in the genuineness of the tests done by Organ after this incident

I have done my wife, Son and Mother in Law's RT PCR test from here and supprisingly sample collected on 07/01/2022 but in the report collection date is 08/01/2022 also they have written my wife as male..... Dr just refuse to take that report and i have to do test again...I have lost the days and the money both.... So, request you all, pls dont test from this lab....if you feel to do that then its upto you!!!! For me their ratting -1

Please don't go by the ad for rtpcr test. Firstly home collection is ₹750+₹200 i.e. ₹950. Now these people are absolutely irresponsible. Neither do they pick up calls nor reply via whatsapp. Got my RTPCR report after 3 days that too after 20 to 30 phone calls and follow ups to the person who came for sample collection.
The diagnostic centre will never update you regarding your report availability and there are chances that you may not get your report too...
₹950 is the standard rate for rtpcr test for home collection. So please go for some other proper labs and avaoid this. Worst behaviour, worst service i would say. Please avoid this laboratory.
