★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 2 complaints are pending first from 19th march ( C22031900263 ) and second from 24th march.( C22032403304 ). Service center just told me we don't have parts available right now. I talked many times to some 4/5 numbers but did not get any solution. Every day He, She told me next day we will send someone but no one visiting. What a service orient. My both of my coolers are under warranty. It only worked last year for 2/3 months but when I started this year it was not working properly.

Bought 7-8 fans around 4-5 months back and noticed most of them have noise, bubbling issue, etc. If I would have given a chance, I would like to get my money back from them. Moreover, complaint resolution is worst since they never have parts and when it comes to changing of some parts, they just close the complaint at their end itself. Overall rating from my side would be in negative....
