★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The OBC Bank ( Oriental Bank of Commerce) branch in Vasundhra Enclave is situated on the first floor of the local DDA market. The ATM and the pass book reader and update machine is in the ground floor. The Branch seems to be under staffed or there are efficiency and procedural issues. There is a permanent waiting time to get things done. Service quality could improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad, bad service, staff with no manners typical of most PSUs. Must mention though that there's at least one or two employees who are pleqasant and helpful and they've been here long as i saw them on my two visits sapnning some months. The female staff - horrendous! There's a new one probably transferred from elsewhere who acts like you are runing her day if you talk to her and sits with such an expression that would scare off any but the most tenacious customers from even approaching her. Answer back rudely ticks people off fo no reason
