I have concern regarding passbook update with new one after name correction but they are holding me from past 2 months that server is not working even they know Bank has been merged with PNB and lot of data has been updated recently and if there would be any server issue how merging would be possible. I asked them twice if they can either update this or give me new account and they guy directly told me that you can go to another branch after closing this Account.. really such a worst customer handling..I would rather give 0 rating but that is not available...
