अभद्रता से बात करने वाले कर्मचारी हैं यहाँ तक की मैनेजर भी, जानकारी के अभाव में प्रश्न करने पर अभद्रता पूर्ण उत्तर दिया जाता है उन्हें अपनी पद की गरिमा तक का ख्याल नहीं है।

And also when this bank was merged with pnb ..
They also don't know that how to treat with with customer ...I think I will close my account from here ...I will have to choose another bank
