I required a No claim bonus certificate from the company. I have called so many times and dropped them mail 4-5 times. Still there is no response from the company. Ms Mandakini Balodhi the agent doesn't pick call or reply to mails. She confirmed that she will send the certificate in mail, till date I have not received it yet. My experience with the company was really bad and will never book policy again from here. I suggest please don't book insurance from oriental. Very poor customer service. Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called & emailed many times for NCB Certificate, however till date not received hard copy of my NCB Certificate at my registered address. Such a poor and unprofessional working. THIS IS TYPICAL GOVERNMENT OFFICE AND IT IS OUR LUCK IF WE GET THE WORK DONE.
