★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dont go for oriental insurance as it's a govt company so it doesn't have tie up with most of the centre.
after any accidents the owner has to pay the amount for getting his car repaired. and then the company pays u back after deducting an amount which is not less than 7000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surveyor didn't appeared after intimation. I appeared after 2 weeks post sending remainder emails to higher officials.
Phone numbers and mail id which was given in the policy was not responding. No body picked up the phone calls.
Employes are rude. Surveyor didn't approved complete bill. For 15000 of claim I have received only 10000 approx.
File was not cleared at the earliest and for that also I need to send many remainder emails to the Higher officials.
I will not prefer this in future and will spread the word that this is the worst insurance company and utterly waste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the worst experience of my life Took me over four months to get a no objection certificate. No one attends to the phone in the Karol Bagh Branch.
Replies to mail are non existent/ very late. Officials are most impolite and unhelpful. Will never use this Oriental Insurance Co Ltd. again.
