I was delivered defective leaking products with all products in sticky condition but in addittion to that product no. 34498-Hand wash found missing.
I have registered Claim no. 132527431 for product missing only but to be very frank I dont have sufficient time to courier my other damaged products for which I registered claim in exchange but not interested in that now you are taking long time to resolve this issue.
So you are requested to verify my order with Invoice where weight of product is marked and deliver my missing products on priority basis.
As i dont want to engage myself in followups with Oriflame.
I am highly dissatisfied with your customer service due to delay in resolving my concern without any follow up from your end.
In case you failed to deliver missing product in next 7 days I would be forced to share leaked product photos,damaged courier box,leaked spot in courier box photo and do mention about missing product.
I will be forced to post these on Google and as feedback on your other media channels as most dissatified customer who got poor customer service,damaged products,in worst condition and missing product.
But would be thankful in case you resolve without my further follow up
