They should prepair food for 300 people but they prepair food for 150 people.
They cheated our friends family.
They spoil the party..
They are basically cheater.
The starter counter over around 8.30 PM.
Don't go with them.

β β β β β My favorite colour is pink and Orion Events have ensured that my favorite colour is present in absolute abundance in my entire party. Good and delicious food was arranged. Beautiful flower decoration.

Food is not enough from 8.30 pm onwards..Prawn and pomflet were there and they can't supply it from 8.30 pm...
1.We experienced first in life that pomflet tandoor is cutting down half and serverd.
2.Max starter are not available from 8 pm onwards
3.The boy who dealt with client is very very unprofessional
4.When konya jatri has come they can't supply starter to them and when they are in buffet counter then there is no enough. food supply

To start the reviewing of Orion Caterers the first 2 adjectives that come to my mind is big mouth and inefficiency. Why? M/S Orion Caterers was hired for my brother's wedding reception. Initially we were impressed by their big mouth and sugar coated words and we fell for it (unfortunately). They failed to meet up with any of the demands that were made. There are a few rituals after marriage in which a catering service plays a very important role, and we can expect any professional caterer should be very much educated about those rituals and it is also expected that they would meet up the demands of those rituals efficiently, without us poking them all the time. But unfortunately in spite of poking them every single second they failed to come up with a neat work. There were some glitches here and there in there work. But the height of inefficiency was shown at the night of my brother's wedding reception.
At the starting everything was okay and people were satisfied with the food. But as the time progressed and people from the family of the bride came into the dining hall expensive items like prawn and pomfret started disappearing. Then the news came that pomfret whatever they brought was finished. It was like a bolt out of the blue. Then another bomb was dropped. Sweets were finished. Now making up of this was easy. They replaced this with another kind of sweets which was not even in our list. In short during the high time people did not find the food that they were searching for and thereby making our heads down. The explanation they gave? They said 300pc sweets were dropped on the road, how and where, is still a big mystery. Mutton was tough not soft and tender as expected from any professional caterer. They refilled the pomfret and prawn at the end of the reception which was absolutely not needed.

The owner is simply cheater..
They have only one demand - money
They spoil the party with less food,the cheated us ..
They are nothing but cheater..
Our prestige got hampered brutally.
If you want to complete your event successfully then dont go with this cheater..please..

β β β β β The worst catering service provider seen in my life.
1.Main course Food shortage after 50% guest consumption
2.Starter shortage from 8pm
3.Tandoor pomphret fish cut into half while serving to the guest to make up the shortage but then also it got finished in the middle of the dinner
4.Prawn malaikari shortage
5.Salty mutton curry
6.Salty pomphret fish
7.Half cooked fish fry with smell of ginger n garlic ( on the day of pre wedding)
8.Their gas oven not working on the day of pre wedding, hence served half cooked fish fry
9. Dessert item (sandesh) changed without any information, then different types of sandesh was served to different guests.

β β β β β Orion organized my son's poite(thread) ceremony and it was a very good experience. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had a lot of old guests and they organized a seating arrangement for them even without me asking them explicitly. The price point per plate was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
