Very frustrating and disappointing. We have all communication logs,, full length recordings of all discussions in case you doubt this review. . Will be flagging to the relevant authorities. Realised someone with the same name, ANDREW GOH, posted a review that they are good and delivered on time. At least for me, not true . This company gives me a sense of TOTAL "HOPELESS NESS". This company has failed time and again after being appointed as project vendor. projects (at) xfactor (dot) com (dot) sg For those of you who need more supporting evidence to fight any type of civil or criminal lawsuits against this company for over promising not delivering the agreed order, please contact me. Have informed GOOGLE about this issue too. Purely stating facts. Never once had this company meet an agreed deadline. We have proof of all the points mentioned. And have proof of the communications with Kumawat and Lahkan. We engaged Orion Info Solutions. Flew Kumawat into Singapore for briefing before commencement of project. Kumawat flew in with visa applied by our company XPL1 PTE LTD.. This happened end DEC 2019. All expenses paid for. Conducted a very detailed brief over 4 days with all required visuals and decks that I had created. Spoke of time line for delivery, price, and payment terms. All was recorded and agreed. Nothing was delivered in good order till date. Kumawat claims he was sick upon returning to Jaipur in Jan 2020, very slow in responding throughout Jan 2020, and eventually did not reply any messages till today. Lakhan now handles the project and is still unable to deliver. The first part of the project which is a simple APK to upload content cannot even be completed after 2 months of commencement. We are still stuck at Module 1 which is not even half done. What is agonizing is that we had sent the briefing deck which basically are visuals of the how every single step of the apk should look like (created screenshots with detailed explanation basically). Had to come up with decks for amendments, point out all the differences, more than 3 times, still, they are not able to deliver. APK was not functioning. Simple alignments and typos cannot even be edited correctly. Kumawat did not even brief Lakhan about the whole project when he got back. That was admitted by Lakhan when we spoke to him via Skype after Kumawat disappeared. The only reason this is 1 star is because there is no option for negative figure or no star rating. Very very very bad. It may be coincidental. Kumawat has to show evidence that he dealt with another ANDREW GOH who was impressed with good service and prompt delivery, and been to his office in Jaipur as indicated as the location, on the review by the other ANDREW GOH. I have never been to Jaipur, and will be willing to provide information on this if required. Will it be another case of them stating that, this other ANDREW GOH, cannot be found on their database again? Coincidence again? What are the chances. A person with same name and surname (ANDREW GOH) engaging services from a same company (ORION), and if the account of the person was created in India, or the person is based in India or even Jaipur where they are based, with a surname GOH ,which is a Chinese word. I have been working with Orion Info Solutions for quite a few months on a project which would have been finished earlier however, Covid decided to delay things. My experience with Orion has been positive, the team and in particular, Lakhan, has been proactive in finding solutions for the task at hand, patient in understanding my very specific needs and willing to break things down to an understandable technical level. Some things did get lost in translation which required a few edits however this is quite a minor hurdle in the grand scheme of things when putting into perspective the work that was involved. I would have no hesitations in recommending this team and company as my own experience has been all round positive.
