★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny Lifts, Park resembles a road divider, No Gym, lack of consistent Electricity & Water Supply, Noise from construction work that goes on till 10 pm at night, internal wiring has already burned twice. Basically, nothing that resembles a habitable society. Shows how cheap the developers are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience was Poor. Uncooperative Builders, incompetent staff and very unprofessional attitude from the workers. Facilities are outdated, amenities provided are negligible and the quality is below average. They have the audacity to market it as "Ultra Luxury" when there's a total of just 1 wardrobe in the entire flat. For the price, this might as well be a scam. Don't buy.
