★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has ordered a 5 kw inverter from ornate solar and the make is solax. I have been complaining to the company since last many months that the inverter is not at all working and to replace it but no resolution is given yet. Everytime they say that the inverters come from out of India and we cannot do anything then to wait. Very much upset from there after sale service. Asked them to provide a service inverter till thet time but for that too they are not at all responding. Highly recommend not to believe them for their services.

The prices are the best and they were very accommodating as well. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be doing business with them in the future!

My Company Megris Solar is still fighting with them to get its rightful dues back but once sales are over and they get their payment, ornate never listen. Deal with them at your own risk.
