β β β β β We have been having transaction with Ornate for about 2 months now starting from all Jaquar products such as bathtub to glass fittings. And also purchased bath accessories from them. The extend Ketan and Mahesh goes to keep the customer happy and professionalism they showed through out, i would definitely go back to them in case of any requirement. β β β β β I ordered a Spanish 6"x6" tile from here.Firstly they told us that it's imported and will require 15 days to reach which ended up for a month and half.Secondly it's way to expensive 350rs per tile.Third, within a year we have seen the texture chipping out.
Overall very poor quality tiles and way too expensive rates.Not worth buying.

We went there Multiple times and every time we were welcomed. They also give you good suggestions based on your requirements. If you are looking for good tiles for your home, it is worth visiting this place once. They also have bathroom accessories and window solutions. Pricing is reasonable too. In terms of delivery, they did a good job and delivered on time per my convenience. Tiles came out good. Make sure you get your tiles installed from an experienced mistri to justify the quality you buy.

β β β β β Ornate stores has a wide range of tiles, regular tiles to designer tiles. Elegant designs. The staff understands your requirements and suggest good designs. Service is prompt and stock availability is also there. All the Jain brothers handle different division and all are helpful. Satisfied with service. We purchased Upvc windows from them and they are good. Plus tiles and few cp fittings. Only thing is one has to remember is good things come with good price tag.

Good knowledge of the products they sell and are updated with current market trends. The Jain Brothers are very polite and very helpful.
