When you buy they compare themselves to brands like Tanishq but when you go to return their own product they want the bill which in these digital times is easily traceable from their systems. But the staff in this store is the most uncooperative of all. They were not even ready to check their system with our phone number? Do not compare yourself to Tanishq when you are not even 1% of them in terms on principles and ethics. Buying the band from here three years back was a bad experience and now returning is more even more painful.
