So if someone ask me the rating then I always give them a consent of 5 out of 5 to our ortel communication service centre balasore..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service poorest of poor , no one is receiving phone for complaint, I call the no. given in the bill and that guy answered wrong number, all the time the channels are not coming, But when the time comes for payment they are first, Don't opt for ortel , It's better to have no broadband than having ortel. Worst sevice provider in Balasore.

The place is covered with every imaginable piece of dirt, junk and what not. It will take you back to the days when walls were covered with pan masala.
The place has minimal staff to help. But those who are there know their job.
Don't visit if you absolutely don't have to. Try to do it online.
But if you dare to visit, and have no issues with the hygienic situation of the place, rest assured that you will get the job done.
