★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad back pain due to which I was not able to walk, sit and bent properly. After visiting Orthoneurocare It was diagnosed that the space between disk is reduced. I started taking therapy and in 4th session only I started feeling much relief. They suggested few excercises which I can do at home on a regular basis.
