★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need more smart docs like Dr Nilesh. I visited Dr Nilesh for the first time to get diagnosis and advice for my mother. To be honest while I was waiting for my turn, I read the reviews and was a little taken a back. But once my turn came and he started examining my mother's painful jaw and his interest in her past orthopedic reports , I became comfortable.
His biggest asset in my opinion is that he is young and has patience to hear the patient out , which is a very big problem with some of the big doctors. Secondly in my case he was interested in providing medical consultancy in a holistic way , rather than just one issue .
Regarding fees his consultation charges are Rs 300/- and XRay -Rs 500 . I am sure that there are other XRay centers near dange chowk and pimpri who do the same XRay for Rs 300 to Rs 400 , but then you have to give the guy a break , he is a young fellow trying to establish himself has to pay the rent of the clinic and salary of staff so couple of hundreds buck shouldn't bother much as anyways we only take XRay once per issue, and if he is doing a good job with diagnosis and consultation.
This review is based on my first interaction with him, I am supposed to have follow up meetings with him over the course , incase my opinion changes I will definitely update the review, but till then it was a good experience visiting Dr Nilesh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had acute pain in right shoulder and used to get burning sensation if I drive bike for longer time. I had consulted few doctors and got interim remedial suggestions however was charged exorbitant amount at every visit. I was advised by one friend to visit Dr. Nilesh Nangre. He listened carefully, asked relevant questions to help him diagnose well. I found him empathetic, modest and professional. Overall, it was divinely experience. My every visit made me better and better. Thanks :)

Dr Nangre is a true professional. Although a dynamic young surgeon, he is old school in being courteous, descriptive about his management plans and most importantly invests time with his patients. My mother has been following up with him for cervical spondylitis for a couple of years now. His patience to listen to my mother's complaints is commendable. Moreover, the best thing about him is that he is straightforward about the outcomes and expectations. I wish him success and prosperity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far the experience has been good. Still low rating because of the way they are running the business. The Dr proscribe medicines that you can buy only from the medical in their hospital which is wrong. I took the prescription to a generic medical and the fellow was not able to find the medicines. Same result with a regular medical store located elsewhere. Everywhere I was told that these are not the standard medicines that you can easily find in a medical store and are specific to a certain brand. So i called the Dr to at least let the pharmacist know the composition of the medicines so they can provide me with the medicines but they simply refused and asked to buy the medicines from their medical store. I felt like being blackmailed. There are rules regarding how to write prescription and let the patient decide where to buy the medicines from. You simply cannot force someone to buy stuff from your store. But who cares for rules when everything is about making money. I feel bad for the people who has no idea how they are being fooled and fall prey for this trick. Not expected from such a good doctor.

I understand what it means going for alternate medicines with same ingredients. As far as your statement regarding pharmacists is concerned I disagree on that. I checked with at least 8-9 of them at various locations ranging from Wakad to Ravet. This cant be a co-incident that all of them didn't know their business. You might have given medicines for free to someone but that does not change what I experienced. All I know is that after having a good treatment for myself I brought a family member like a loyal customer/patient to you for their treatment and had to go through this.
