★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orvi has spacious and very nice flats. But it's management is worst. They always have water motor Issue or electricity issue. Same is not true with other societies in this area. This is due to messy and shaddy management. If you wanna rent I would not recommend this society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society behind MITCON college Lane. In fact it has the best amenities out of all societies in the area. A swimming pool, tennis court and gym is the highlight. Shops opposite to Or in charge a premium amount. Groceries and fruits and vegetables are all very costly. Rent is decent but buying a flat here is very costly. Overall a solid rental option if you're searching for homes here in Balewadi
