★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever go to this place if you are non local to this place. So we went to this place, to experience meditation. Firstly you neec membership, that cost aroung 1200 rs a year and after that 1100rs for the gown (mandatory). So just to experience session of 1hr, they were asking us to pay, 2200rs each. So it is not a reasonable and will not recommend this place to any non local of society.

1.you must buy maroon rob to do anything in there. Its a must have dress code which cost ₹1000 if u buy in centre
2. Registration charge ₹1200 to start anything there.
3. If you are new.. You asked to start with dynamic yoga ?♂️ timing 6:30am to 7:30am daily.
Technique are rational and effective.. Will help you in many ways.
Especially if you are suffering from emotional trauma.. You must try these techniques.
