★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic staff. Rude security guards and unorganised parking. OSIA really need to look after the customer experience and parking issues if they want to become the next D-Mart. Please avoid this location completely.
When my vehicle was blocked by the other vehicles in the parking, the security guards took no responsibility of the situation, behaved rude and asked me to remove the parked vehicles of the others. When I escalated this mismanagement of parking, the management told me that it's not a big deal and if I am not satisfied with the parking, I should visit without vehicle. Now imagine the service level of the staff here. Pathetic!
