They speak rudely and I would recommend to to buy products from local store. THEY ARE DOING BUSINESS IN MEHSANA (GUJARAT) AND DONT KNOW TO SPEAK GUJARATI LANGUAGE ???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good thing it is located in city (main market area) auto easily available. Bad thing is Quite small and very congested, spacing in between two opposite shelf is much narrow did not allow two person to cross simultaneously. Also staff is novice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osia mart is Located in front of Toranvali Mata Mandir in Mehsana. This mall has three floors. All types of food are available here. Also bags, belts, purses available here. There are varities of cosmetics products are available here. Rate of all products are moderate. Service and response of staff members are nice. First floor foods, groceries are available. On Second floor cosmetics, bags, belts etc products are available. On the third floor clothes are available of both ladies n gents.

All products are available at one place. Products quality is good. Good discount on all the products. Great shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst staff ever. Staff doesn't have manner about how to talk with customers. In fact, they make fun of customer and never reply politely. Also, they never help customers and if something is asked then they were like it's in mall find it by yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very slow in billing counters . I went their to replace my thing which was poor in quality . They made me stand their for more than 45 minutes just to make a sheet for replacement and then I took the other thing on behalf of my replacement item which was extremely poor in Quality. I went for billing they were just making me go here there and saying I don't know how to adjust in replacement sheet only 1 guy who know's how to adjust the item on behalf of replacement thing it took me one hour just to replace my item . Very much ? disappointing, dissatisfied with the service , quality issues is there and staff is very slow on billing counters. D-Mart is far more better options to shop our daily Household items.
