About Otik Cake Shop
Opened in 2000, OTIK is a family owned business, and runs under two divisions: Retail and Institutional Catering.
Our CakeShops located in Rajouri Garden and Noida Sector-61, offer a large selection of gourmet and bakery products in stock everyday for pick-up, delivery and special orders. Our special line of cakes consists of Artist (Designer- Fondant-3D) Cakes, Picture (Photo) Cakes and Toy (Cake Kit Cakes), each made to reflect customer's expression and occasion. Our Tea-Time (Dry) Cakes are known for their freshness and yummilicious taste; gift packs of which are popular in Weddings, Birthdays and as Party Favors.
Our Hotshop located in Noida Sector-61 serves premium Indian & Iranian Cuisines, prepared with utmost authentic flavors and ingredients. We craft all of our Masalas, Curries, Sauces and Breads from scratch on a daily basis. We also strive to support local farmers and charitable organizations when purchasing flour, poultOur Institutional Catering division caters to Indian Railways and Multiplexes. For IRCTC we currently run pantry cars for 13 trains. We are proud vendors to Multiplex groups such as Cinepolis, Mirage Group, Vishal Cinemas amongst others.
Our Outdoor Catering division (a unit of Institutional Catering) caters Dessert and Food counters/buffet for Weddings, Birthdays and Corporate events amongst others.ry and many other ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic quality of twin jars of cookies ordered and delivered. Even paneer patty and mushroom patty appeared to be more than a day old. Staff was unfriendly and stubborn. This is second time this has happened. Don’t buy anything from the Otik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a 5 kg fruit theme fondant cake and a lot of things made the experience not worth repeating.
1. They didnt stick to the delivery time and we really had to push them and call them multiple times to provide us the cake on time.
2. No delivery service meant that we had to beat our heads for its preperation on time for pick up.
3. The cake wasn't quite upto the mark for the price quote that was offered. Have had better cakes at lesser price. The fruit was so sparse in the fruit cake that we had to search with a spoon for fruit pieces!
4. The fondant didn't quite have the finish (again for the amount of money that was charged).
The fruit shaped cookies designed by them had a very average finishing and detailing. I have definitely had better experience with other customized cake/cookie providers.
The saving grace were the Cakesickles which were appropriately designed, good to taste and well appreciated by the people as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience 2nd time in few months. We ordered cake, bread and patty on 6th June and to our surprise the bread delivered was expired on 4th and 5th June. Also the cake (truffle) tasted very bad and was so hard ... appears they are just clearing stocks. When we called to complaint you will get worst customer care in this world. NEVER BUY FROM OTIK they sell expired stocks.
