★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agent to whom I talked to was very rude and unhelpful while we were there at Manali. Left us helpless. Whatever he promised us in the package, we have to argue with him to get those things. Got only 40% of those services after arguments. Very disappointed and i wish, I should have known all these earlier. If anyone book a package with this travel agency, take everything in written and save telephone conversations as a proof. Because at the time of your need, he will deny everything that he talked over the phone. His favorite dialogue at the time of your need would be, "aisa thodi na hoota he sir!". Be careful guys. I wish I could give this travel agency a rating below 1.
