β β β β β Very responsive team. Such a wonderful arrangement done by the Outbox team. We really had a lovely evening. Starting from decoration to global cuisine all were perfect. Love songs played on guitar made us both emotional, no doubt he has a very soothing & amazing voice.
I wanted to plan a surprise anniversary diner for my wife & Nidhi from outbox was very responsive & made it possible.
Thank you Team Outbox once again.

The conversation leading up to the D-Day was very warm and assuring but the final experience was a bit underwhelming. They did check up afterwards on call and was very receptive of the feedbacks.
Timing - If the reservation is at 7 PM, the arrangement should be ready by 6:30 PM, waiting outside till 7:20 PM wasn't exactly what I was expecting. It isn't a surprise any more.
Arrangement - The balloons should have been stuck on the floor or tied with weights if you are going for the flowy vibe. If you turn on the pedastral fan the balloons start swirling like a whirlwind around the dome, flying to your face or worse falling on the food.
Ambience - The dome has no ventilation as such, pedestral isn't the way to go, you slide open the door, the loud Emiway Bantai music is not really what you expect at a proposal dinner, with kids of other guests running around, peeping and banging on the dome.

This time they delivered a different personalized product as per the customer requirement which is not available in market. I recommend outbox and always will celebrate special day with outbox suprises.
