★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Corn Veggie Delight Pizza, taste-wise is just satisfactory. Nothing special about Ovenstory. I would say Mojo Pizza is far better than the Ovenstory.

I had placed order at 7:45pm on 3rd feb.after waiting for 2 hours and talking to 10 ppl finally I had to cancel the order because the ovenstory site routed the order to a wrong store inspite of giving complete address with pin code. On demanding instant cashback they simply refused.
Most pathetic customer care and insensitive ppl serving customers in food industry.
I was offered a credit on pizza which I never wanted as this was my first and last order with oven story.
This was so pathetic experience compared to dominos and pizza hut as in such cases their delivery boys can take fast decisions rather than over stories senior customer care executive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ravet oven story. I ordered it for 1st time and had Very bad experience. Garlic bread had no flavor at all. I Had to put amul butter still couldn't taste like garlic bread ?? same with pizza chicken barbecue and double panner has same taste not even feel like eating pizzas ?????very disappointed. Bread was very very dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience with Oven Story pizza- Ravet. Ordered BBQ chicken semizza and chicken tikka and kheema, it was a old pizza base with old and stale toppings. No chicken at all. It seems the pizza was baked in the morning and served at 4 o clock in the eve. I dnt have word to express the disppointment. Only sorry and refund does not solve the purpose. Pathetic review, i have few guest at home and they were disappointed
