★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unsatisfied with the service. I ordered pizza last night at 9.15 online. They showed pizza will be delivered in 45 minutes. And after waiting for 1 hour the site shows your order has canceled without any call. At 10 pm we called customer support service then we got call from the store and they said your location is undeliverable after 1 hour of waiting.
And I did not get any call in that 1 hour and they said we were tried to call you how shameful. They should have informed me in 5 to 10 minutes if my location is undeliverable or they can transfer it to deliverable branch. But they didn't do that and gave excuses when we called them. At 10.30 they said order from near branch. How disappointing ?. I will not recommend this for online delivery. This was my first time so I can not comment on taste and food quality but service is definitely horrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Experience, wasted my hard earn money on just a peace of bread. No taste of pizza Sause or I cant see even their was cheese on pizza. Its take 40 min to deliver to just 5 min drive from my place and even it was not hot when delivered. Whole evening got spoiled. My suggestion to all don't order Ovenstory pizza. Many batter option available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value for money, good taste and good presentation and packaging. Had a Chicken paradise cheese burst pizza home delivered. Only issue was the base was too soggy. Had trouble lifting each slice. Very very cheesey as the name suggests.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Double Chicken Feast Pizza - 11 Inches, OMG!!! It was soo delicious & yummy. Despite of heavy order intake on Valentine's the quality was superb and the toppings were well spread across the pizza with add on as cheese burst crust. Highly recommended for a pizza love must try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Orders from Ovenstory Pizza was Two Classic Mix Semizza Combo, 1, Molten Lava Cake, 1, New York Cheesecake. Pizza was good but by the time it was reached to my doorstep its became room temperature. I felt topping are not spread properly, some of the area is empty/ without toppings.
Let review the dessert:-
Molten Lava Cake: in One word portion is tiny and half the the item stuck on aluminium bowl, not acceptable.
New York Cheesecake: Good but very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered Chicken Tikka and Keema Semizza along with Garlic Bread. It was so delicious and yummy. I personally love the pizza crust, very light and not to hard. I would highly recommend to everyone. Also i ordered from EatSure app. I really like the way they packed order. Do order from EatSure as well as Ovenstory.
