★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most disappointing experience you would ever get if you order from here. Ordered multiple times via swiggy and after waiting for more than 1 and half hour the restaurant calls you and says that they have to cancel your order. And the reason you hear everytime would be "The machine is not working". I don't understand why they accept the order if they have issues and why take 90 mins to inform the customer. Why do they even operate this restaurant is a puzzle to me. Seriously would suggest you never ever order from this branch of Ovenstory (unless you have to ruin your day :))

But the location.
Do you even think it's the right location?
We didn't find any in that place.
We travelled some distance to go there when I went there there is a house not a restaurant or any....
Change the exact location or even don't know where it is exactly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Say Big No to this place..! they delivered plain chilled hard pizza instead of fully overloaded pizza. Which they insist through the zomato(which we ordered from the zomato) & their store deliver boy came with this chilled hard pizza ..!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered pizza the quality and taste is different experience than other major brands. Complimentary garlic bread is not crunchy,buttery tasty enough. crust was thinner,softer, can be more toppings cheese is good(great), pizza cools down during longer delivery(40-50)min,costs are equal to other brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest the shop is really hard to find and mainly if you are a tourist then just forget this shop cause people over here doesn't understand the language they wont be able to understand what you want and really worst they dont even pick the call i searched for 1 hour thn too i couldn't find and people were not helpful cause there is no mode of communication they only speak telegu.
They should just put some indication on the roads for the better knowledge of outsider people like me.
My experience was really bad cause i couldn't get a pizza on a new year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best pizzas I have had so far. Ordered without any expectations that too with 1+1 offer. Found it so tasty and pretty satisfied with the price.
Ordering in app is better than ordering in other apps like Zomato as it has additional offers and also delivery is free.
