★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally order ovenstory pizza online from swiggy.com, this is the 4th consecutive time the pizzas were uncooked and pathetic in quality. Sadly they lured the consumer with good value for money pizzas earlier when they launched now they have thinned the crust, reduced the toppings as well as send uncooked pizzas without any shame. I recommend swiggy.com or any other online buyers should never allow such delusive brands and take right action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have transacted money but have not delivered the commodity . There is no way to track ur order and there is no way for a customer to contact Ovenstory . Before transacting one should know that it s a one way process there are no turn abouts if the transaction fails ...even if the order is not being delivered, there is no way to redeem points and there is no way to access the points u ve earned ..the app is very fake and superficial . Rather go with trusted brands

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fancy name, call center and online orders just like other delivery kitchens but worst service. We ordered pizza at 8.25 PM and we were glad when it got delivered after 2 hours at 10.35 PM. When we called the call center they said the order was free but then the harassment started when the delivery boy started calling at 11.00 PM for payment. He kept on insisting to make the payment on his personal number via paytm and denied sharing companies address and account number. Even after talking to the manager at the store we ended up paying twice the amount the next day because he did not stop calling.
Really difficult to comment about the food as it was ice cold when delivered to us. First and the worst experience.
A Hindi phrase that goes exactly with Ovenstory -> "नाम बड़े और दर्शन छोटे" - और इनके कैसे में खोते भी।
Do order if you are totally free and need something to pass your time, waiting for the food and at last talking to the customer care executives.

Negative point: No dine in option & too much waiting time.
Yes as all review and public said, you have to wait a lot.
But that wait will create more hunger in you. Good pizza, toping, cheese and taste.
Only delivery provided. Dine in is not available.
Yes you can eat outside.
We have ordered there and eat outside of kitchen.
They dnt have coke then as per our demand they send their person and we got our coke.
In short supportive staff there.
Just one request that plz start dine in. ???
As all pizza lovers surely will come more and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery management is worst. We waited for like 3 hours. First they said 6 pizzas and one garlic bread is a bulk order and it will take 1 hour. As we waited, they took another 2 hours. Received our order at 12 am. Pizza was okay
