My love for pizza will never come to an end until and unless there will be no “Ovenstory”?
They serve absolutely amazing and cheesy and mouth watering pizzas
A must try place for all pizza lovers , by that
i mean for all?
What i tried was “Famous five pizza” which contained five toppings American corn, jalapeños, olives, onions and paneer♥️

I would never recommend anyone to do so as they provide no update on the order and one cannot even get through the listed mobile no.
They gave 200 credits in my account as a token of apology even though they claim the Pizza would be free if they take more than 35 minutes to deliver and infact they took more than an hour to deliver
Coming to the Pizza, we had ordered Tikka and Keema Pizza which I felt was too cheesy for my liking.. Not a bad pizza over all, but nothing to make it stand out from it's competitors which in today's day and age are aplenty

The pizza was delicious and very much cheesy, the base was tho very soft, but mostly its preferred that was as well.
Delivery time was less than 30 mins thus I believe it's a head-on competition to others in matter of taste as well as the service.

i ordered BOGOF Cheese burst pizza yesterday and we got normal crust.
I have been trying to contact the number on the website, but all in vain.
No email id/section is there to register complaints.
Complete waste of money and experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ packaging was good .. delivery was a bit delayed but not a prob .. pizzas were warm .. toppings were good. So you might be wondering why not 5 stars ... The basic thing was lacking .. CHEESE. I found sauce and cheese quantity very less ... However other toppings were generous ... But if u don't add much cheese it won't hold pizza together and fall apart. Also .. it makes it less tasty . Chicken khrema was not tasty rest chicken sausage .. chicken tikka ..barbeque chicken was good . You are doing a great work just improve the taste a bit more and I believe you can soon overcome Domino's .

I would like to apprise the fact of oven Story Pizza located in crossing republic ghaziabad in 2 aspect. One in terms of quality of Pizza and secondly professionalism.
1) I ordered pizza total 3 times from OveStory and I found the 1st ordered with below rating.

Taste 4/5
Professional behavior of restaurant manager 0/5
Their Pizza taste good is it's hot and delivered on time. Mostly late delivery. Response over phone is very low and you will find no resolution and will end up in frustration.order id#29837854
Crossing republic Ghaziabad restaurant manager Amit D doesn't know professional ethics I tried calling him for more than 2 hours to check my order ; he is non responsive and stop picking my phone. Call Center phone number will hardly work. No escalation nothing works. Restaurant manager denied pizza order post confirmation after 2 hours.
You have to cancel order to get your refund, otherwise you order will remain open.
Dissatisfied with customer service. Domino's is better than these new comers.
You cannot plan with Ovenstory Pizza if they wish they will deliver or else not
Highly dissatisfied not recommendable. At your own risk try :)
